HEALING STARTS HERE

As a graduate student in clinical social work, I’m honored to offer compassionate, supervised care as I continue my training to become a licensed therapist. Learn more below!

Because you deserve a space where you don’t have to have it all together.

I’ll begin taking clients this fall at Navigate Wellness in Mequon, Wisconsin, offering both virtual and in-person sessions. I am a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, pursuing my master’s in clinical social work. As an intern, I am not a licensed therapist yet. I will be working under the supervision of a qualified clinician, and all services will be offered on an unpaid basis as part of my education and training.

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I take a holistic lens—looking not just at symptoms or surface struggles, but at your whole story. Together, we’ll explore the beginning of your story and gently unpack the layers of your current experiences, patterns, and pain to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, transitions, trauma, or just feeling stuck—I offer a safe, supportive space where healing and growth are possible.

It would be a privilege to come alongside you on your healing journey. I would love to connect with you.

WHY THERAPY WITH ME?

  • “Being interviewed for the Dirty Laundry podcast was an incredibly healing and empowering experience. Ollie created such a thoughtful space for me to share the raw truth of my infertility journey, from grief and struggle to hope and redemption.”

    Maria

  • “The deep connection I felt with Ollie, her understanding and empathy, set my nerves at ease.  As I started telling my story, I felt a profound relief; my body felt lighter, and a comforting calm overcame me.  It seemed like therapy to express myself authentically, without judgment or fear.”

    Makini

  • “This is the third time I’ve cried today from a family member or friend reaching out to me saying they were so proud of me for sharing and want to support me better. ❤️

Thank you again for giving me the platform to share.”
